第一条为了维护社会治安,保障公共安全,防止犯罪分子利用枪支进行破坏活动,特制定本办法。第二条本办法所指的枪支(包括这些枪支所使用的弹药)是指非军事系统的下列枪支:军用的手枪、步枪、冲锋枪和机枪,射击运动用的各种枪支,狩猎用的有膛线枪、散弹枪、火药枪,麻醉动物用的注射枪,以及能发射金属弹丸的气枪。中国人民解放军、民兵和人民武装警察部队装备的军用枪支按军队和民兵系统有关规定管理。
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in the interests of safeguarding public order, safeguarding public safety and preventing criminals from using sabotage to carry out sabotage activities.
