这是一张特殊的逮捕令,因为,犯罪嫌疑人解蓉是一名香港少妇。根据1993年4月3日中华人民共和国公安部“对在港澳台人员刑事拘留或逮捕后发送通知书”的批复,这样的逮捕令要由国际刑警组织中国国家中心局送达。 2002年4月16日,洛阳市西工区人民检察院以涉嫌故意伤害将解蓉批捕后,洛阳警方经逐级上报,已依法通过国际刑警组织中国国家中心局将逮捕令发往香港。
This is a special arrest warrant because Xie Rong, a suspect, is a young Hong Kong woman. On April 16, 2002, Luoyang People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Procuratorate of Luoyang Municipality allegedly intentionally injured and arrested Rongling and arrested the police in Luoyang. According to the law, the arrest warrant was sent to Hong Kong through INTERPOL China National Central Bureau.
