为探讨阴道三维超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值,我们对1999年6月至2000年5月间用阴道三维超声诊断异位妊娠并经手术或临床证实的病人进行了分析,现报告如下。 资料与方法 本组59例异位妊娠,年龄22~44岁,平均年龄30.8岁,其中22~35岁之间53人,占89.8%。停经时间31天至73天,大部分有不规则阴道流血及不同程度的下腹痛,少数早期病人无明显自觉症状。 使用仪器为Voluson 530D三维立体彩超,阴道三维探头频率为5.0~7.5MHz可变,连续扫找角度130度。探查时患者取膀胱截石位,阴道探头上涂以耦合剂,外套上避孕套,再涂耦合剂,把探头放到后穹窿内紧贴宫颈进行扫查。获得清晰的二维图像后进行三维成像,在显示的A、B、C切面(纵、横、冠状面)上旋转观察病变部位。所有保守治疗病人随访后两个月内血HCG及尿HCG转阴,月经恢复正常。

Bladder lithotomy position exploration when the patient, the vaginal probe coated with couplant, condom on the coat, then coated with coupling agent, the probe into the posterior fornix close to the cervix for scanning. Obtain a clear two-dimensional image after three-dimensional imaging, in the display section A, B, C (vertical, horizontal, coronal plane) to observe the lesion rotation. All conservative treatment of patients within two months after follow-up of blood HCG and urine HCG negative, menstruation returned to normal.
