云南省石屏县围绕兴林富民目标,紧紧抓住集体林权制度改革工作重点,深入推进配套改革,把中低产林改造工作放在林业工作突出位置来抓,全面推进中低产林改造,不断提升林地综合产出效益,林业产业建设成效明显。2008年以来,全县每年利用中低产林改造新增造林面积都在10万亩以上,三年时间增加造林面积40余万亩,森林覆盖率达61.52%。。2009年,全县实现林果产值4.9亿元,农民人均林果业收入达600多元。2010年,石屏县被省绿化委评为全省绿化模范县,被省委、省政府表彰为林改先进集体,并推荐为全国100个林改典型县之一。
