自1987年我国第一个900兆MAZ模拟蜂窝移动电话系统在广州建成以后,我国的移动通信事业得到了飞速发展。1997年7月17日,我国第1000万个移动电话用户在江苏南京诞生。1000万户——中国电信移动通信发展中上的一个新的里程碑。它意味着中国移动电话用10年时间走过了固定电话110年的发展历程,中国电信移动电话用户规模正以100％以上的年均增幅高速增长,并已从1996年底的世界第5位跃升为继美、日之后的世界第3个移动电话大国。
Since China’s first 900-megabit MAZ analog cellular mobile phone system was established in Guangzhou in 1987, China’s mobile telecommunications industry has enjoyed rapid growth. July 17, 1997, China’s 10 millionth mobile phone user was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu. 10 Million Households - A New Milestone in the Development of China Telecom Mobile Communications. It means that in the past 10 years, China’s mobile phone has gone through 110 years of development of fixed-line phones. The size of China Telecom’s mobile phone users is growing at an average annual rate of over 100% and has jumped from the fifth in the world at the end of 1996 For the United States, Japan after the world’s third largest mobile phone country.
