随着我国教育行业的不断发展和普及,我国的高等教育开始从高端教育转向大众化教育,因此高职院校教育越来越被人们所重视,而高职院校的学生干部在高职院校的管理工作、学风校纪以及校园文化的建设都起着至关重要的作用,本文通过对目前高职院校学生干部所存在的特点与问题、如何正确的进行科学合理的高职院校选拔机制以及加强高职院校学生干部培养的重大意义等问题的深入分析,希望能够给广大的高职院校的教育工作者以小小的帮助和启发。
