目的独立评估2010年湖北省强化免疫接种的实施情况、效果及其影响因素,总结经验,探讨存在的问题及改善建议。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法确定12个地区为调查单位,每调查单位入户调查2个街(乡),每街(乡)调查2个社区(村);采用单纯随机抽样样本含量估计方法估算本次调查所需样本量。依据各抽样单位适龄儿童所占比例分配样本量。对样本采用现况调查方法进行数据的采集。用Epi Data 3.0软件建数据库并录入数据,应用SPSS 15.0软件进行数据分析。评价指标包括总体接种率、集中接种阶段接种率、补种率、接种满意度等。结果本次调查了湖北省8月龄~4岁儿童1 320例,麻疹疫苗强化免疫集中接种阶段接种率为95.1%,补种率为26.7%,总接种率为93.1%;在1 320例调查对象中,麻疹疫苗接种零剂次者8人,占全部调查样本的0.6%,95%可信区间为0.2%~1.0%。结论本次外部评估调查结果显示,集中接种阶段接种率达95.1%,达到了本次麻疹疫苗强化接种的预计目标,总接种率为93.1%。建议做好临时禁忌证人群的补种工作;根据各地特点减少麻疹疫苗接种零剂次人群。
Objective To independently evaluate the implementation, impact and influential factors of 2010 Hubei Province intensive immunization, summarize the experience, explore the existing problems and suggestions for improvement. Methods A total of 12 regions were selected as survey units by multi-stage stratified sampling method, 2 households (villages) were surveyed per survey unit and 2 communities (villages) were surveyed per street (township). According to the proportion of the sample units of school-age children to allocate the sample size. The samples were collected using the current situation survey method. Epi Data 3.0 software to build a database and input data, the application of SPSS 15.0 software for data analysis. Evaluation indicators include the overall vaccination rate, the vaccination stage of vaccination, replanting rate, vaccination satisfaction and so on. Results A total of 1320 children aged 8 months to 4 years were investigated in Hubei Province. The vaccination coverage rate of intensive immunization with measles vaccine was 95.1%, the rate of re-vaccination was 26.7% and the total vaccination rate was 93.1% Among the subjects, 8 were given zero doses of measles vaccine, accounting for 0.6% of all surveyed samples and a 95% confidence interval of 0.2% to 1.0%. Conclusion The survey results of this external evaluation showed that the vaccination rate reached 95.1% at the stage of intensive vaccination, which reached the expected goal of intensified vaccination against measles. The total vaccination rate was 93.1%. Proposed to do a temporary contraindication crowd replanting work; according to the characteristics of the local measles vaccine to reduce zero dose of the crowd.
