病例资料黏液性囊腺癌是一种比较少见的恶性肿瘤,常见于卵巢、胰腺、阑尾等,见于腹膜后、膀胱已属少见,见于肝脏更是极为罕见。徐州医学院附属医院普通外科近期收治1例发生于肝脏的黏液性囊腺癌患者,女,57岁,因“右上腹间断性隐痛1年余,加重1个月”入院。既往有“乙型肝炎”病史。查体:中上腹深压痛,无反跳痛,余无明显阳性体征。实验室检查:肿瘤标志物均为阴性。上腹部增强CT(外院)提示:肝胃间隙有一囊实混合肿块,提示囊腺瘤
