学历教育与非学历教育的有效沟通和融合是国家开放大学自挂牌成立起就面临的重要任务。通过对河北开放大学学历教育与非学历教育的深入调查分析,阐述其融合的内容、面临的困难和解决的有效策略。为了加强学历教育与非学历教育的有效融合,河北开放大学应该争取各县市的相关政策支持,加强核心课程的建设,争取政府的政策支持与企业的沟通;教务管理方面要建立完善统一的教务管理系统,建立学分银行制度和学分互换制度,加强与国家开放大学总部的合作,进一步开发非学历教育项目,加强国际间的合作。
The effective communication and integration between academic education and non-academic education is an important task facing the opening up of the national university since its establishment. Through in-depth investigation and analysis of academic education and non-diploma education of Hebei Open University, this article expounds the content of integration, the difficulties it faces and the effective strategies for its solution. In order to strengthen the effective integration of diploma education and non-diploma education, Hebei Open University should strive for the relevant policies and supports from all counties and cities, strengthen the construction of core curriculum, and strive for the government’s policy support and communication with enterprises; and establish and improve the unified educational administration Management system, establishing a system of credit banking and exchange of credits, strengthening cooperation with the headquarters of the State Open University, further developing non-academic education programs and strengthening international cooperation.
