子宫内膜容受性是影响辅助生殖技术成功率的重要因素。目前与子宫内膜容受性有关的信号通路主要有Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号传导通路、溶血磷脂酸受体通路等。子宫自然杀伤细胞、巨噬细胞集落因子、一氧化氮存在于母胎界面并参与胚胎黏附、子宫内膜蜕膜化、滋养细胞侵入和分化、血管重建等过程,因此我们总结三者与子宫内膜容受性的联系,为寻找新的通路提供理论支持。
Endometrial receptivity is an important factor affecting the success rate of assisted reproductive technology. Uterine natural killer cells, macrophage colony factor, nitric oxide exist in the maternal-fetal interface and participate in embryo adhesion, endometrial decidualization, trophoblast invasion and differentiation, vascular remodeling and other processes, so we conclude that the three and endometrial Tolerant links, in order to find new ways to provide theoretical support.
