本文从我国价格行政执法的实际出发,以现行的价格法律、行政法规、规章和有关政策为依据,对我国价格行政执法问题作一些比较深入的研究和探讨。一、价格行政执法的概念关于价格行政执法的概念,目前理论界和实际工作部门还存在不同的看法。一种观点是从广义上理解价格行政执法的概念,认为价格行政执法就是行政管理机关依法管理价格的行为。按照这种观点,物价部门所有的价格行政行为几乎都是价格行政执法行为。另一种观点是从狭义上理解价格行政执法的概念,认为价格行政执法就是指物价部门的价格检查机构依法查处价格违法
Based on the reality of price administrative law enforcement in our country and based on the current price laws, administrative regulations, rules and related policies, this article makes some deep research and discussion on the issue of price administrative enforcement in China. First, the concept of price administrative law enforcement On the concept of price administrative law enforcement, the current theoretical and practical work departments there are different views. One point of view is to understand the concept of price administrative law enforcement in a broad sense and to think that price administrative law enforcement is an act in which the administrative authority manages price according to law.
