对于推倒喂入式甘蔗联合收割机来讲,喂入的甘蔗在这种收割机的中间输送通道内,是否能均匀铺开,对后续的剥叶质量有重要的影响。本文基于华南农业大学新研制的4GZL-132整秆式甘蔗收割机对甘蔗物流均匀铺开进行实验研究。通过试验获得影响甘蔗中间输送均匀铺开的因素的主次关系,依次为:输送辊筒转速A、喂入量B、上下辊筒间隙C,并找出各因素影响甘蔗铺开效果的变化规律。
For the push-in sugarcane combine harvester, the fed sugar cane in the middle of the harvester conveyor channel, whether spread evenly, the quality of the follow-up of the leaves have a significant impact. Based on the newly developed 4GZL-132 whole-straw sugar cane harvester from South China Agricultural University, this paper carried out an experimental study on the smooth spreading of sugarcane. Through experiment, the primary and secondary factors influencing the uniform spreading of sugar cane middle were obtained as follows: conveying roller speed A, feeding amount B and upper and lower roller clearances C, and finding out the variation of various factors affecting the spreading effect of sugarcane .
