按照新版食用玉米淀粉国家标准GB/T8885-2008规定,要求玉米淀粉中大肠菌群≤70MPN/100g,霉菌≤100CFU/g,如果玉米淀粉不严格控制大肠菌群和霉菌微生物指标,微生物超标的玉米淀粉被人体摄入后,会对人类健康产生极大的潜在危害。因此,加强玉米淀粉生产中微生物的预防和控制,对于保证食品安全质量,具有十分重要的意义。
