以2006-2015年SCIE收录的中、日、韩3个国家级原子能研究机构发表的科技论文引文为研究对象,运用文献计量学方法,从引文的总量、年代分布以及高被引文献等技术指标,对3个机构发表的科技论文引文进行分析。分析结果显示:中国原子能院论文的篇均引文量居中,引文新颖性最低;中国原子能科学研究院论文引用的前20种文献中物理类刊物最多,引用频次占比最高。最后,针对加强中国原子能科学研究院图书馆文献资源建设提出以下建议:合理配置图书馆馆藏文献布局、加强特种文献资源建设。
Based on the quotations of scientific and technical papers published by SCIE, China, Japan and South Korea from 2006 to 2015, three national atomic energy research institutes, using the methods of bibliometrics, from the total number of citations, age distribution and highly cited documents Indicators, the three institutions published scientific citations for scientific papers. The results of the analysis show that the papers cited by CIAE are the most frequently cited papers and the citation is the least novel. Among the top 20 references cited in the papers of the Chinese Academy of Atomic Energy, most of them are physical journals, with the highest frequency of citations. Finally, the following suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of the literature resources of China Institute of Atomic Energy: rational allocation of library literature collection and construction of special literature resources.
