编辑同志: 笔者阅读贵刊1991年第6期刊登的《蝮蛇抗栓酶应用700例的副作用分析》一文后,有些问题想与该文作者商榷。一、怎样判断某种药物的毒副作用 1.在药物应用过程中,应排除某些疾病在发生发展规律中所固有的症状或体征。如笔者曾收1例“药物过敏”患者,该患者发热、周身疼痛,全身出现荨麻疹样丘疹,收治前接受过青、链霉素和安痛定治疗,经进一步检查最后诊断为金葡菌败血症。荨麻疹样表现为金葡菌败血症临床体征之一,因而初诊为“药物过敏”系判断错误。
