一、锦州港概况锦州港是新开辟的一个港口,位于N40°48′,E121°04′。在锦州湾内的大笔架山西侧(见附图)距锦州市44公里,距锦西37公里,距鲅鱼圈近百公里,距秦皇岛港约120公里。1985年12月,国家计委下达了关于锦州港起步工程设计任务书的批复。同意起步工程配套建设5000吨级成品油泊位和通用杂货泊位各一个,年吞旧能力158万吨,其中成品油123万吨,通用杂货35万吨。考虑到发展的需要,两个泊位的水工结构可按万吨级设计。
