自2013年“互联网+”的概念提出,到2015年的两会被李克强总理引入政府工作报告中,由此“互联网+”迅速走红,“互联网+”的新时代已经扑面而来。用好“互联网+”技术是新修订实施的《干部教育培训工作条例》的明确要求。“互联网+”在干部教育培训工作中具有创新传统教学形式、整合教学和师资资源、革新传统教学思维、提高教学管理科学性四个方面的作用。
