施胃康胶囊对大鼠应激性胃溃疡和醋酸烧灼性溃疡呈量效依赖地降低溃疡指数，减轻溃疡程度的作用；醋酸所致小鼠疼痛试验表明，施胃康胶囊有较好的镇痛作用；对小鼠断尾出血有明显止血作用。体外抑菌试验表明，施胃康胶囊对幽门螺杆菌具有抑菌作用。
Shiweikang capsule exerted a dose-effect-dependent reduction of ulcer index and relieved the degree of ulceration in rats with stress gastric ulcer and acetic acid burning ulcer; acetic acid-induced mouse pain test showed that Shiweikang capsule had a better town Pain effect; bleeding in mice with severe bleeding. In vitro antibacterial tests showed that Shiweikang capsule had antibacterial effect against Helicobacter pylori.
