要加快浙江“高等职业教育强省”建设,浙江的高等职业教育应率先解放思想,加快改革,强化高等职业院校的领导能力建设,建立和完善校企合作、工学结合的长效机制,扎实建好一批国家和省级示范性高等职业院校,引领全省高等职业院校加强内涵建设、强化特色,全面提高教育教学质量,总结、提升具有浙江特色的高等职业教育理念,推动浙江的高等职业教育健康、持续地发展。
