1975年,Winkler和Poulsen报道4例在服用避孕丸1～2年后,出现提示肝脏损害的生化异常、ESR升高和肝肿大。肝脏活检显示门脉周围区(RappaportI区)肝窦扩张,其中2例并延伸至邻近中间区(Rapp-aport II区)。但围绕肝静脉周围的肝窦均无累及。本文报道两例因服用类固醇避孕药而出现类似的肝功能和解剖的异常,每例并有近期由J=}f}床上轻度炎症性肠病引起的腹泻史。
In 1975, Winkler and Poulsen reported 4 cases of contraceptive pills after taking 1 to 2 years, appeared prompted biochemical abnormal liver damage, ESR and hepatomegaly. Liver biopsy showed a widening of the hepatic sinusoids in the area around the portal vein (Rappaporti region), of which 2 cases extended to the adjacent middle area (Rapp-aport II area). However, around the hepatic vein sinusoids were not involved. We report two similar cases of abnormalities in liver function and anatomy due to steroid contraceptives and in each case a history of recent diarrhea caused by mild inflammatory bowel disease on the bed.
