以枇杷为试材,对抗枇杷根腐病病菌的6株枇杷主干内生真菌进行生物学特性研究。结果表明:PDA、PSA和CA培养基为最适合各参试菌株菌丝生长的培养基;葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖为最适合各参试菌株菌丝生长的碳源;牛肉膏、酵母膏、蛋白胨为最适合各参试菌株菌丝生长的氮源;25~30℃最适合各参试菌株菌丝生长;所有参试菌株适宜菌丝生长的pH值为中性或偏碱性;全光照处理有利于参试菌株菌丝生长。
Taking loquat as test material, 6 strains of loquat stem endophytic fungi against loquat root rot were studied for their biological characteristics. The results showed that: PDA, PSA and CA medium were the most suitable medium for mycelial growth of each tested strain; glucose, sucrose and maltose were the most suitable carbon sources for mycelial growth of each tested strain; beef extract, yeast extract, peptone Which is the most suitable nitrogen source for mycelial growth of each tested strain. The most suitable mycelial growth of each tested strain was 25-30 ℃. The pH value of mycelial growth suitable for all tested strains was neutral or alkaline; Conducive to the test strains mycelium growth.
