上海市第六住宅建筑工程公司601队,在砌块住宅中采用的钢窗安装新方法,操作简便,施工速度快,质量安全可靠,经济效果好,很受工人的欢迎。操作方法:1.先用对拨榫临时固定钢窗。2.使用手电钻(钻头为φ5.5或4×4毫米方钻),通过钢窗上原有的φ7毫米孔洞,在砌块墙体上打φ5.6～φ5.8毫米孔,孔深约35毫米。3.接着把预制φ6毫米钢钉强行打入孔内挤紧,固定钢窗位置。4.拆去对拨榫,在钢窗四周抹灰,保证钢窗永久固定。操作要求与注意事项:
