我是新海发电厂的厂长。几年来企业发生巨变的实践使我认识到,抓经济工作,必须敲响思想政治工作的“锣鼓”。 企业不抓思想政治工作是不行的,这是我们企业的社会主义性质决定的。办企业当然要讲效益,但还要培养“四有”职工队伍。我是社会主义企业的厂长,又是一名共产党员,任何时候都不能忘了精神文明这一手。加强企业思想政治工作也是企业发展的内在要求。现代企业管理讲究“以人为本”,人的工作做不好,企业不可能兴旺发达。金钱可以买来职工短暂的积极性,却买不来主人翁精神。

It is impossible for an enterprise to ignore its ideological and political work. This is determined by the socialist nature of our enterprise. I can not forget the spiritual civilization at any time. Strengthening enterprise ideological and political work is also an inherent requirement of enterprise development. Modern business management pay attention to “people-oriented”, people’s work is not done well, enterprises can not prosper. Money can buy short-term enthusiasm of workers, but can not buy the ownership.
