根据中央关于司法体制改革的精神和最高人民检察院深化检察改革的指导意见,上海市金山区人民检察院积极贯彻修改后的刑事诉讼法,推动检察权司法化的立法精神,努力进行探索创新,设立了法律监督宣告室,力求检察机关法律监督职能的有效发挥和法律监督宣告程序规范化、科学化。
