针对防爆铲运机在实际工作过程中其工作机构容易出现安装部位的形变或者裂纹等现象,采用运动仿真分析的方法,对工作机构进行运动学以及力学分析,从而计算得出防爆铲运机的工作机构接触力,然后运用SolidWorks软件之中的simulation插件进行静态力学分析,从而解读其部位的应力与应变的分布情况,最终在设计规范许可的条件下进行适度优化。
