自改革开放以来,独立学院办学时间仅20年,相关的学生党建工作制度化过程比较特殊,需要独立学院学生党建工作者采取创新的工作方法来解决相关问题,建立起符合独立学院实际情况的科学高效的执行机制和工作方法。本文结合武汉设计工程学院党建工作实际情况,研究党委工作运行机制和方法。
