目的 对动物颊囊癌变过程中的血管生成规律进行形态学的动态研究。方法 采用DMBA诱导的金黄地鼠颊囊癌变动物模型、树脂血管灌注及墨汁血管灌注检测癌变时的血管生成情况。结果 癌前病变及癌变期内均存在血管生成现象,并存在着随病变恶性程度增加,血管异常生成明显增加的规律。结论 血管异常生成及其严重程度与白斑癌变有关。
Objective To study the morphological changes of angiogenesis in animal cheek pouch carcinogenesis. Methods DMBA-induced hamster buccal pouch carcinogenesis model, resin vascular perfusion and ink perfusion were used to detect the carcinogenesis of angiogenesis. Results Angiogenesis existed both in precancerous lesions and cancerous stages, and there was a regularity that the abnormalities of angiogenesis were obviously increased with the increase of malignant degree of lesions. Conclusion The occurrence and severity of vascular abnormalities are associated with leukoplakia.
