中国入世以来,企业间的竞争越来越激烈,其核心竞争是人才的竞争。在新经济时代做好人才的管理至关重要,而激励理论在吸引人才,提高员工个人绩效方面具有不可替代的作用。所以,在现代企业中,建立合理的用人激励机制,并且有效发挥激励理论在人力资源开发中作用越来越重要,本文对激励机制应用现状进行了阐述,分析了企业管理中四大激励理论的具体应用,并且针对存在的问题提出了改进的措施,希望能为企业人才管理提供一些借鉴和帮助。
Since China’s accession to the WTO, the competition among enterprises has become fiercer and fiercer. Its core competition is talent competition. In the new economic era, it is of vital importance to manage the talents well, and the motivation theory plays an irreplaceable role in attracting talents and improving the personal performance of the employees. This paper expounds the current situation of the application of incentive mechanism, analyzes the four incentive theories in business management Specific application, and put forward the improvement measures for the existing problems, hoping to provide some reference and help for the enterprise talent management.
