介绍了全封闭谐波传动装置应用谐波齿轮传动装置的工作原理。分析了谐波齿轮传动技术的结构特点和温度变化及筒体受压变形对柔性密封罩的影响。给出了能动阀门全封闭谐波传动装置的测试结果和主要零件的设计计算过程。
The working principle of the harmonic gear drive with totally enclosed harmonic drive is introduced. The structure and characteristics of the harmonic gear transmission technology and the influence of the temperature variation and the deformation of the cylinder on the flexible seal cover are analyzed. The test results of fully enclosed harmonic drive with active valve and the design and calculation process of main parts are given.
