在现代化武器研制和发展中,战略导弹核潜艇可以说是一种隐蔽性能好、机动性强、又难以防范的作战系统。在中国,从事这方面研制的总设计师是黄纬禄。在他指挥下,我国于1982年10月中旬成功地发射了核潜艇弹道式火箭。 战略导弹核潜艇,是一个国家核自卫力量的重要标志之一。早在二次大战末期,德国在希特勒秘令下制造并向英国隔海发射V—2火箭。这是世界上第一次出现弹道式火箭。
In the development and modernization of modern weapons, strategic missile nuclear submarines can be said to be a concealed performance, mobility, and difficult to guard against the operational system. As early as the end of World War II, Germany manufactured and flown V-2 rockets across the sea from Hitler. This is the first time the world has seen a ballistic rocket.
