近几年来,党和政府逐渐重视残疾人的职业指导工作,并把解决残疾人的就业问题作为残联工作的重点。但各地残联职业指导工作开展的比较晚,未能真正建立完整的职业指导体系,就不能帮助残疾人学习创业知识、培养就业意识与能力,又不能提供指导信息和咨询。因此,要想实施以上对策,各地残联必须加强和改进职业指导的重要性和紧迫性,让残疾人容易就业,满意就业。一、残疾人就业困难的原因分析(一)残疾人的教育设置不足够适应社会的用人需求。
