钢筋混凝土结构中的箍筋,量大面广。为便于大家合理确定箍筋长度,做到料尽其用,经济安全,根据钢筋的弯曲前后轴线长度不变的特点,用箍筋的轴线长度作为箍筋长度,代替箍筋原设计长度和下料长度,并由设计者在施工图中标明,钢筋工可直接按图中箍筋长度下料制作,无需计算,既可减少中间环节,又可保证工程质量。为此,笔者根据《混凝土结构设计规范》(GBJ10—89)、《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》(GB50204—92)、《钢筋焊接及验收规程》(JGJ18—84)及有关文献资料,推导出了钢筋混凝土结构中矩形、圆形和螺旋箍筋的长度计算公式,并编制了箍筋增加
The stirrups in the reinforced concrete structure have a large quantity. In order to make it easy for everyone to reasonably determine the length of the stirrups, so that they can be fully used and economically safe, the axial length of the stirrups is used as the length of the stirrups instead of the original design length of the stirrups. The length of the material is indicated by the designer in the construction drawing. The reinforcement can be made directly according to the length of the stirrups in the drawing. No calculation is required, which can reduce intermediate links and ensure the quality of the project. For this purpose, the author deduced it in accordance with the “Code for the Design of Concrete Structures” (GBJ10-89), “Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Concrete Structure Engineering” (GB50204-92), “Rules for Reinforcing Steel Welding and Acceptance” (JGJ18-84) and relevant literature materials. A calculation formula for the lengths of the rectangular, circular and spiral stirrups in the reinforced concrete structures was developed, and the addition of stirrups was compiled.
