当前,新课标框架下的高考改革正在深入进行,各高中学校特别是新兴的学校为在高考竞争中脱颖而出,都试图通过重新“洗牌”而获得发展或突波。为此,他们除狠抓常规教学管理和教学质量外,还采取各种措施加强对特优生培养,但时常出现培优效果不佳,甚至出现逆向现象。这一问题值得教育工作者深入思考。
At present, the college entrance examination reform under the framework of the new curriculum is being carried out in depth. All high schools, especially the emerging ones, stand out from the competition in the college entrance examination and all try to gain development or surge by resuming “shuffling ”. To this end, in addition to paying close attention to routine teaching management and teaching quality, they have also taken various measures to strengthen the cultivation of Tert-e-Educated students. However, they often fail to perform well and even reverse the phenomenon. This issue deserves educators in-depth thinking.
