目的:研究CU(Ⅰ)催化及相转移条件下,末端烯(炔)丙基化偶联反应。方法:通过Cu(Ⅰ)催化及相转移催化反应合成十四个目标化合物,并用XRC-1显微熔点仪,Abbe’折光仪,FI-IR170SX光谱法,Finnigan-MAT4510型CC/MS色谱法,FX-90Q1HNMR光谱法对目标化合物进行检测。结果:本文合成反应条件温和稳定,催化剂用量少,收率高,区域选择性好。结论:1,4-烯炔,1,4-二炔是合成国槐尺蠖昆虫信息素组份的主要砌块,本研究对实现国槐尺蠖昆虫信息素合成有重要意义。
Objective: To study the terminal alkene (alkyne) propylation coupling reaction under the catalysis and phase transfer of CU (Ⅰ). Methods: Fourteen target compounds were synthesized by Cu (Ⅰ) catalysis and phase transfer catalysis. The compounds were characterized by XRC-1 micro melting point, Abbe ’refractometer, FI- IR170SX spectrometry, Finnigan-MAT4510 CC / MS, The target compound was detected by FX-90Q1HNMR spectroscopy. Results: The synthesis conditions were mild and stable, the amount of catalyst was low, the yield was high and the selectivity of the region was good. CONCLUSION: 1,4-Alkyne and 1,4-diyne are the main building blocks of the pheromone component of Sophora japonica Thunb. Therefore, this study is of great significance to the pheromone synthesis of Sophora japonica Thunb.
