采用ANSYS对防跑车卧式缓冲器滚筒进行了有限元静强度分析,通过对滚筒定义单元类型、材料属性、进行网格划分,从而得到滚筒的有限元模型。载荷为滚筒上的钢丝绳绳圈对筒壳产生的径向压缩力与未缠绕到滚筒上的钢丝绳绳弦拉力,得出钢丝绳对滚筒的应力和变形分布规律。为防跑车缓冲器滚筒结构的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。
ANSYS is used to analyze the static strength of the horizontal buffer drum of the anti-roadster. The finite element model of the drum is obtained by defining the unit type and the material properties of the drum. The load is the radial compressive force of the steel wire ropes on the drum on the shell and the tensile force of the steel wire rope not wound on the drum, and the stress and deformation distribution rules of the steel wire rope on the drum are obtained. In order to prevent further shock absorber sports drum structure design provides a theoretical basis.
