目的 探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子 ( Tumor Specific Growth of Factor)检测在消化道肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法 在内镜 (胃、肠镜 )下对 12 0例消化道肿瘤或怀疑恶变患者取病变组织病理学诊断 ,同时对该患者血清中 TSGF含量进行测定。结果 恶性肿瘤组患者血清中的 TSGF含量及阳性检出率明显高于非恶性肿瘤组 ,其差异存在显著性 ( P<0 .0 1) ,敏感性达 77.4 %。结论 TSGF检测对恶性肿瘤的筛查诊断有较为重要的价值
Objective To investigate the value of Tumor Specific Growth of Factor (Tumor Specific Growth of Factor) in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors. Methods Tissue pathology was performed in 120 patients with digestive tract tumors or suspected malignant lesions under endoscopy (gastroscopy and colonoscopy), and the serum TSGF levels were measured. Results The serum TSGF level and positive rate in patients with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in non-malignant tumor (P <0.01), and the sensitivity was 77.4%. Conclusion The detection of TSGF has important value in the screening and diagnosis of malignant tumors
