帕拉金糖,学名异麦芽酮糖,是一种新型的天然甜味剂。帕拉金糖是1957年西德科学家Weidenhagen和Lorenz在帕拉金这个地方首先发现和制得的,并以此命名。由于这种糖具有蔗糖的甜味,多吃又不会产生龋齿;并具有优良的加工性能,因此,是食品加工中理想的蔗糖代用品,被誉为80年代生物工程新产品。目前,世界上只有德、日、英、美等少数国家能生产。我所1988年底研制成功,填补了国内空白。中国专利局已正式受理这一成果的专利申请。广东省珠江生物工程有限公司以35万元购买了此项技术,现已正式投产。我省广州糖果厂、羊城食品厂、肇庆南方糖果厂、深圳三井食品厂、汕头华侨食品公司等已采用它为原料,制成帕拉金香口
Paladin sugar, scientific name isomaltulose, is a new type of natural sweetener. Palatino was first discovered and made in 1957 by the German scientists Weidenhagen and Lorenz in the Palatine area and named after it. As this sugar has the sweetness of sucrose, eat more and will not produce dental caries; and has excellent processing performance, therefore, is the ideal food processing sugar substitute, known as the 80’s new bio-engineering products. At present, only a few countries, such as Germany, Japan, Britain and the United States, can produce in the world. Our research and development succeeded by the end of 1988, filled the domestic blank. China Patent Office has formally accepted the patent application for this achievement.
