以对影响矿井采煤工作面产能的自然开采条件、开采技术水平及人员组织等主要因素进行分析和研究为出发点,通过采用多种途径组建队伍,实施多种措施提升队伍技术素质和实操能力,采取多种技术手段破解开采灾害等有效举措,逐步提升了矿井首采工作面的产能和效率,初步探索出了一条在沙吉海矿区区域内人员极为缺少和较为复杂开采条件下创建高产高效综采工作面的有效途径,为本矿区建设高产高效的现代化矿井提供了一定的实践经验和开拓性思路。
