本文从理论上分析了近来国际电工委员会(IEC)争沦的两种测量数据接收机射频参数的方法上,并给出了实验结果。介绍了我们向IEC提出的建议及最后通过的决定。

This paper analyzes theoretically the methods of two kinds of measuring parameters receiver RF parameters that the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) contend, and gives the experimental results. Introduced our proposal to the IEC and the final decision.
