目的:研究锦鸡儿挥发性成分。方法:首次采用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分析锦鸡儿茎中挥发油化学成分。结果:共鉴定出19个成分,占总挥发油成分峰面积的99.98%。结论:主要为烯烃(55.79%)和饱和烷烃类化合物(22.99%)。Z-5-十九碳烯(31.65%),8-十七碳烯(15.82%),二十八烷(9.48%),十七烷(7.66%),二十二烷(5.85%),6,9-十七碳二烯(5.15%)和十九烷(5.02%)是锦鸡儿茎的主要挥发性成分。
Objective: To study the volatile components of Caragana microphylla. Methods: The chemical constituents of volatile oil in caragana were determined by solid-phase microextraction / gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) for the first time. Results: A total of 19 components were identified, accounting for 99.98% of the total volatile oil peak area. Conclusion: Mainly olefins (55.79%) and saturated alkanes (22.99%). Nonadecene (31.65%), octadecene (15.82%), octacosane (9.48%), heptadecane (7.66%), docosane 6,9-Heptadecadiene (5.15%) and nonadecane (5.02%) are the main volatile components of caragana.
