针对长江中下游地区对早强外加剂的需求特点,我们研制了金星系列早强外加剂。现已建成年产5000吨外加剂的生产线,二年来已有5000多吨产品应用于混凝土中,取得了较好的技术经济效益。金星系列产品经鉴定认为,其配方有一定的创造性,填补了江苏省系列早强外加剂的空白,产品性能可靠,具有推广应用价值。
In response to the demand characteristics of early strong admixtures in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, we developed the Venus series of early-strength admixtures. A production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons of additives has been built. Over the past two years, more than 5,000 tons of products have been used in concrete, and good technical and economic benefits have been achieved. The Venus series products have been appraised and believed that their formulas have certain creativity, which fills in the gaps of series of early strong additives in Jiangsu Province. The products have reliable performance and have application value for promotion.
