目的建立通贤柚叶的HPLC指纹图谱。方法色谱柱为Sepax Amethyst C18-H(250 mm×4.6 0mm,5滋m),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长303 nm,柱温25℃,进样量20滋L。分析12批通贤柚叶样品,并进行主成分分析。结果建立了通贤柚叶的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了16个共有色谱峰,采用对照品指认了其中2个峰。主成分分析结果表明,11个色谱峰对其质量控制较为重要。结论所建立的指纹图谱分析方法特征性强,为通贤柚叶的质量控制提供了科学依据。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Tong Yin grapefruit leaves. The column was Sepax Amethyst C18-H (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid and eluted with a gradient of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 303 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃, injection volume of 20 Zizi. 12 batches of grapefruit leaves were analyzed and the principal component analysis was performed. Results The HPLC fingerprints of Tongyin grapefruit leaves were established and 16 common peaks were identified. Two of the peaks were identified by reference standard. Principal component analysis showed that 11 peaks were more important for their quality control. Conclusion The fingerprinting analysis method established is characterized by strong specificity, which provides a scientific basis for quality control of Tongyong grapefruit leaves.
