一、有效灌溉面积现状调查情况根据水电部(87)计统字第218号文要求,为弄清我区有效灌溉面积的现状,以便较全面了解我区现有水利设施发挥灌溉效益情况,为初步估算恢复灌溉面积所需投资,并为科学地、准确地修订《我区水利水电中长期规划》提供依据,我们于1987年11月起,开始了对全区有效灌溉面积现状的普查:发表格到全区各地、市,由地、市再将其转发至全区81个县,由各县采取不同方案调查报地、市,由地、市报自治区逐级汇总。
I.
