长武县地处渭北高原沟壑区,海拔847～1274m。年平均温度9.1℃,降水量584.1mm,全年日照2226.6小时,平均无霜期171天,1月份最低温度-5.0℃,冻土层厚度30～50cm。冬季干冷,雨雪稀少,新植苹果幼树常在早春发生抽条死亡。几年来,广大果农对防止抽条死亡的栽植技术,积累了许多经验,现总结如下:
