在《火控技术》创刊十周年之际,本文综合评述国内外在火控、IC~3、大系统理论的发展,以表庆贺。首先叙述了火控系统的概念、火控理论、体系结构和属性;接着论述了I~3C系统的概念、功能、新出现的课题、体系结构和系统建模;最后叙述了大系统的概念、研究内容和研究方法。分析得出:IC~3系统是指挥仪、火控系统、情报中心发展的必然产物,是第三次技术革命在军事技术领域的重要反响;蓬勃发展中的大系统理论是IC~3系统的理论基础。
At the tenth anniversary of “Fire Control Technology”, this article reviews the development of fire control, IC ~ 3, large system theory at home and abroad to celebrate.
