6320ZC型柴油机是1975年六机部下达的、由我们教研组与广州柴油机厂联合进行设计研制的新机型。研制工作已于1977年9月完成,并通过部级鉴定。6320ZC型柴油机研制过程中主要的困难问题是各缸排气温度高及各缸排气温度不均衡。本文用大量试验数据及各种不同方法论述增压柴油机排气温度过高及各缸排气不均衡的原因及解决办法。主要有:一、废气涡轮增压器本身结构及通流性能调整,二、排气管系布置;三、排气阀弹簧设计中的问题。通过对以上问题的分析与试验,合理地解决了排气温度过高及各缸排温均衡性问题。这对其它增压柴油机也有参考价值。
6320ZC diesel engine is issued by the six machine in 1975, by our teaching and research group and Guangzhou Diesel Engine Factory joint design and development of new models. Research and development work was completed in September 1977 and passed ministry-level appraisal. 6320ZC-type diesel engine in the development of the main difficulties are the problem of high temperature exhaust gas cylinder and the cylinder exhaust temperature is not balanced. In this paper, a large number of test data and a variety of different methods discussed turbocharged diesel exhaust temperature is too high and the exhaust gas imbalance between the causes and solutions. Mainly include: First, the structure of exhaust gas turbocharger and through-flow performance adjustment, two, exhaust pipe arrangement; Third, exhaust valve spring design problems. Through the analysis and test of the above problems, the exhaust temperature is reasonably solved and the temperature balance of each cylinder is balanced. This is also of reference for other turbocharged diesel engines.
