《物权法》第74条规定:建筑区划内,规划用于停放汽车的车位、车库应当首先满足业主的需要。建筑区划内,规划用于停放汽车的车位、车库的归属,由当事人通过出售、附赠或者出租等方式约定。占用业主共有的道路或者其他场地用于停放汽车的车位,属于业主共有。
Article 74 of the Property Law stipulates that in a building zoning plan for parking spaces for cars, the garage should first meet the needs of the owners. Within the zoning, the parking space planned for parking the car and the ownership of the garage shall be agreed by the parties through sale, donation or renting. Occupy the owners of the roads or other venues for parking parking spaces, belonging to the owners.
