我所于1992年以来对反复查痰漂浮找抗酸杆菌阴性,而X线胸片不典型的24例可疑肺结核患者进行了纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗,取其灌洗液进行结核菌培养,结果9例阳性.1 资料与方法24例可疑肺结核患者,有的曾按肺结核用抗痨药物治疗.年龄32～68岁;男9例,女15例.痰漂浮找抗酸杆菌数次均阴性;病变位于双侧者14例,一侧者9例,1例肺部无明显活动性病变;9例病灶呈散在浸润型,6例团块状阴影,6例肺不张,3例双肺纹理增强.
