目的了解沈阳军区医用诊断X射线装置防护现状,为指导和改善本区放射防护安全工作提供科学依据。方法按照国家标准进行现场检查、监测、评价。结果大型医疗单位在放射防护工作方面明显好于基层卫生单位。结论在抓好大型医疗单位放射防护工作的同时,一定要加强对基层卫生单位的监督管理力度,促使基层卫生单位医用诊断X射线装置防护水平尽快提高,保障放射工作人员自身和公众健康安全。
Objective To understand the status quo of medical diagnosis X-ray device protection in Shenyang Military Region and provide scientific basis for guiding and improving the radiation protection safety in this area. Methods According to the national standards on-site inspection, monitoring, evaluation. As a result, large medical units were significantly better at radiological protection than primary health units. Conclusion While doing a good job in radiological protection of large medical units, supervision and management of primary health units must be stepped up. The level of protection of medical diagnostic X-ray units in primary health units should be raised as soon as possible to ensure the health and safety of radiation workers themselves and the public.
