一、引入竞争机制,要创造一个公平、紧张、严肃的竞争环境竞争是商品经济的产物,它作为一种强制手段,利用市场、价格、利润等杠杆,在价值规律的作用下,使企业以最小的投入获取最大的经济效益,从而推动生产的商品化、社会化和现代化。当前,我国商品经济的发展还很不充分,市场体系尚不健全,新旧体制正在交替,在这样的情况下,要把竞争机制引入企业内部和企业之间,还有一定的局限性。为此,必须努力创造一种环境,来发挥竞争的作用。我们把这种环境概括为以下六个方面:
First, the introduction of a competition mechanism should create a fair, tense, and serious competition. The competition in the environment is a product of the commodity economy. As a coercive measure, it uses market, price, profit, and other levers to make enterprises take advantage of the law of value. The smallest investment is to obtain maximum economic benefits, thereby promoting the commercialization, socialization and modernization of production. At present, the development of China’s commodity economy is still insufficient, the market system is still not perfect, and the old and new systems are alternating. Under such circumstances, it is necessary to introduce the competition mechanism into the enterprise and between enterprises, which has certain limitations. To this end, we must work hard to create an environment to play the role of competition. We summarize this environment in the following six areas:
